Requirements:
USE: Banknifty Future Chart: We need to check VWAP, thats why use Bank Nifty Future Chart.
Indicator#1: VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price)
- If Candle is below VWAP Its already in DownTrend
- If candle is avove VWAP its in UPtrend
Indicator#2: SuperTrend (Make Supertrend little bit Faster- Length-20; Factor-2, Default is 10,3 which is slow)
Indicator#3: MACD (Default Settings)
Entry: Once we get Confirmation of All 3 Indicators, we will enter into the trade. Even if MACD and Supertrend are little bit aside by 3-4 candles, we consider it as brahmastra.
BOOK: Book 50% of quantity when NEXT MACD Crossover is seen. Book 100% Quantity when Supertrend changes its direction. Once supertrend is confirmed after closing of the candle, wait for a breakover in next candle, it should break the supertrend arrow Candle. Exit once the supertrend candle’s extreme point is breached, even if its after one minute of formation of the current candle.
Stoploss: 50points-70Points
Even if we get few negative candles, Wait till one of the indicators changes its confirmation.
If we get DoJi/Hammer, increase quantity.
Target: 100+ Points
For Stock Investments: See large time frame
For option trading:
Step1: Check for Supertrend & MACD and see if VWap is far away from the candle. If the VWAP line is near, you can take trade.
If VWAP Line is Far in opposite direction, you should avoid the trade.
Step 2:
Step 3: Exit half position at first crossover.
Step 4: If supertrend also change, exit full position. After complete candle formation, As soon as the next candle breaks, you should leave.
